About
I grew up in Zambia, spending most of my childhood outdoors. Moving between continents - from Zambia to the UK, from New York to Melbourne - taught me something early: the environment you're in changes everything. How you feel, how you think, how you perform.
I trained as an architect, and from my very first projects I was drawn to the same question: how do spaces shape our health? My undergraduate work explored how school design could encourage children to eat better. My masters research in India focused on urban health interventions. My dissertation investigated how bedroom design affects sleep. It was never just about buildings for me. It was always about the people inside them.
I qualified as a nutritionist because I wanted to go further than the physical space. What you eat, when you eat, how you fuel your day - it's all connected to your environment and your routines. I've also seen the problem up close in professional workplaces: talented people burning out because they sat at a desk all day in poor light, skipped meals, and sacrificed sleep, thinking longer hours meant better work. It doesn't.
I know what it feels like when your environment works against you. Now I help other people make sure theirs doesn't.
